Booking and Payment

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate and booking conditions.
Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit.

Refunds for early departures are not guaranteed and may be subject to the terms of the booking.
Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy

The maximum occupancy for each accommodation is specified in the booking details.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided once before the check in. Additional services may be available upon request at an additional fee.
Amendments
Elev8 reserves the right to amend these T&Cs. Any changes will be communicated to guests as applicable.
Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK.
